Additional Online Course Information

  2. Per ADRE regulations students are only allowed to do 10 hours of classes per day
  3. Students are not able to do a mixture of in-house classes and online classes
  4. Students are not able to start other Units until initiated Units have been completed, but Units can be taken in any order students prefer

Arizona State Licensing Requirements

  • Attend our 90-hour pre-licensing program
  • Pass a school exam and State exam in the State of Arizona
  • Attend a live 6 hour Contract Writing Course in the State of Arizona
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Disclose all Misdemeanor and Felony convictions.  Please click here for more information.
  • Have proof of legal presence in the United States
  • You must obtain a Criminal Clearance Card from the Department of Public Safety.  Processing time for this may take 5 – 8 weeks, and you do not need this card to start classes or to test. DPS fingerprinting information click here.


Testing Information

  1. Schedule your school final exam from your online account
  2. Students have 6 months from their start date to pass the final exam.
  3. If you cannot finish your program within the allotted 6 months, there is a $150 fee for a 6 month extension to have access to the classes and extend your exam
  4. If you wish for a 3 month extension for the exam only the fee is $100
  5. Once you pass your school final you will be certified to signup for the Arizona State final exam

Intro to contract writingThe Arizona Department of Real Estate requires all new licensees to take the six-hour Intro to Contract Writing Course prior to license activation. This course is not required for the school exam or state exam.

ADRE Renewal Credit

3 hours Contract Law credit & 3 hours Real Estate Legal Issues credit.  These credits can be used towards your first Real Estate License renewal.



These courses fill up quickly. Advance payment & reservations are highly recommended.

Important Reminders

  • There is a 5 minute late rule. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not receive credit for attending the course. No exceptions.
  • You must check in with the front desk prior to entering the classroom.
  • You must sign in on the Class Attendance roster prior to the beginning of the course.
