New Licensees, Designated, Delegated Associate and Self-Employed brokers are required to complete 9 hours of Broker Management Clinic. These courses are a helpful tool for Brokers to refine their management skills and implement effective tactics into your business.
Reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee you a seat in class. If you are more than 5 minutes late you forfeit your reservation.
Who is required to take the 3 BMC classes?
New Licensees – All new broker licensing candidates are required to complete the 9 hours of Broker Management Clinic courses prior to applying for a broker license with the state. These classes may be used towards the broker’s first renewal as long as it was taken before the original licensure date.
Renewing Brokers – Designated, Delegated Associate, & Self Employed brokers are required to complete the 9 hours of Broker Management Clinic courses every two years as part of their required renewal hours.
