Who is required to take the 3 BMC classes?

New Licensees, Designated, Delegated Associate and Self-Employed brokers are required to complete 9 hours of Broker Management Clinic. Designated Brokers who conduct property management are required to take a specific BMC #3B related to property management (as of June 2025). These courses are helpful tools for Brokers to refine their management skills, navigate regulatory requirements and if applicable lean practical strategies for managing trust accounts.
