What are the Licensing Requirements for Home Inspectors in Arizona?
- Complete application process for certification. You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complete 84 hours of classroom/Livestream training.
- Pass National Home Inspector Examination.
- Provide a legible board log of the required 30 parallel in-training home inspections.
- Provide 2 fingerprint cards.
