Broker Reciprocal Licensing Review – Study guide
We’ve taken the Arizona specific information from our 90hr Broker Pre-license course to create a comprehensive Arizona specific study class to prepare you for the PearsonVue Out-of-State Recognition State Specific Exam. This study course includes 32 units, because this is not a required course each unit is unlocked so you can move freely to review & study for your state exam. This course is not required to take the state exam and includes units: 0-16, 25, 28-32, 34-41, & 43

Broker Management Clinics 1, 2 & 3 – Required for licensure
New Licensees, Designated, Delegated Associate and Self-Employed brokers are required to complete 9 hours of Broker Management Clinic. This course is a helpful tool for Brokers to refine their management skills and implement effective tactics into your business.
The clinics are divided up into three 3-hour classes, BMC 1, BMC 2, and BMC 3. These classes may be taken in any order and are required for licensure.

Q: Do I qualify for reciprocal licensure?
- You must be a resident of Arizona (more than 9 months of the taxable year)
- You must currently be licensed in another state for at least 1 year
- Have completed approved real estate education in that other state
- Have passed a real estate license exam in another state
- The applicant cannot have had a license or certificate revoked or voluntarily surrendered in any other state or country
- The applicant cannot have had any discipline imposed by another regulating entity, and may not have a pending complaint, allegation or investigation.
