The Arizona Department of Financial Institutions (AZDFI) has posted a list of dates by which all mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers and loan originators must comply with new laws and register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS.) This is High Priority for all mortgage licensees and loan originators.
