Effective immediately, ADRE will no longer accept Fingerprint Cards.

Pursuant to ARS §32-2108.01, applicants for licensure are required to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety prior to submitting their application to the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

 Applicants include but are not limited to:

• Real estate salesperson or broker
• Cemetery salesperson or broker
• Campground salesperson or broker
• Application for a Public Report etc.

It will take 5 – 8 weeks to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Please NOTE, new real estate agents will NOT be able to apply for a license without the Criminal Clearance Card.  For more details visit our website at https://hoganschool.com/fingerprints.php
