20 HOUR ARIZONA LOAN ORIGINATOR COURSE IS HERE!

All mortgage loan originators must complete 20 hours of NMLS approved education and become licensed under Arizona Law. On the Legislative front, House Bill 2143  has passed and Arizona law now conforms to all of the provisions of the federal S.A.F.E.Act. The date by which Arizona loan originators must be licensed is now July 1, 2010 not January 1, 2010 as it previously existed.
