GREAT NEWS! Hogan School is the First Arizona School to receive approval as a course provider from the NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.) We are now in the process of submitting our Loan Originator Licensing course to the NMLS. We expect that approval to be obtained by the end of August or Early September. We will be offering our first Loan Originator Licensing Course shortly after it is approved.

On the Legislative front, House Bill 2143 has passed and Arizona law now conforms to all of the provisions of the federal S.A.F.E.Act. The date by which Arizona loan originators must be licensed is now July 1, 2010 not January 1, 2010 as it previously existed. Whew, we have some breathing room.
