![]() | Jim Hogan, DREI, ABR, GREEN, SFRA REALTOR® since 1971, Jim is also a mortgage broker and investor. As an educator, he has helped “billions” begin and sustain successful real estate careers. His door is always open to anyone with a question or seeking advice. He and Curtis Hall developed the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council’s “Innovative Marketing for Buyer Representatives,” course and teach Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation classes throughout Arizona, California & Hawaii. Jim was one of the first educators to be awarded the Real Estate Educators Association’s Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation. In 2002 Jim was inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame. In 2009 Hogan School received NAR's GREEN REsource Council's "Provider of the year" award. Jim serves on many committees with ADRE and is called upon frequently by the legal commuity as an expert witness. |
![]() | Lou GinsbergLou is currently employed as the Real Estate Special Projects Manager in the City Manager's Office for the City of Tucson. His duties and responsibilities are to coordinate the activities of the Real Estate Department in all facets of real estate from appraising, to acquisition and disposition of all City owned Real Property. His specific areas of concentration will be to "trouble shoot" and "problem solve" any and all issues that are of major concern of the City Manager, Mayor and Council. Lou has been President of BOMA of Greater Tucson and BOMA of Arizona. He received his MBA in 1998 and is the designated Broker of his own real estate firm. |
![]() | George JensonGeorge bought his first rental house in 1991 and has been involved with Tucson real estate ever since. In 2001 he sold out his half of a successful fund raising firm and became an agent; he is currently the Sales Manager for Santana REALTORS®. George has a BS from the University of Arizona, a long history of teaching and public speaking, and divides his work time between selling real estate, teaching, and writing custom computer software. His play time is divided between travel, scuba diving, and building an airplane in his garage. |
![]() | Richard Koevary, ABRRichard has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Davis. Originally from New York, Richard's first involvement in real estate was in California in the early 1970's. He has lived in Tucson since 1984 and is the President and Responsible individual for Blue Sky Mortgage, Inc. In addition to conventional financing, Richard buys, sells and originates private loans. He has been teaching licensing and renewal classes at Hogan School since 1990 and has been involved in hundreds of Tucson real estate transactions. |

Martin, ChFC, CLU, CMPAs president of Lincoln Financial Group of Idaho, Montana and Utah, Aegis Financial Group and Castle Rock Financial Group, Dick’s primary duties were the recruiting, training and managing of financial and estate planners. Dick has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Mortgage Professional designations. He has been an active real estate agent and at the time he joined Hogan School of Real Estate, Dick ranked in the top 3% of REALTORS® within the Tucson Association of REALTORS®. |
![]() | Michael MulvenaMike has been licensed over 20 years in the Tucson area. He worked several years in New Construction Site Sales before moving over to selling Resale homes. He is the Owner/Designated Broker of his own real estate/property management company, and also a member of the TAR Board of Directors. He is a NAR Certified Code of Ethics Instructor, a Certified REBAC Instructor, as well as teaches GRI classes, and numerous CE classes. Mike has a passion for Education; he enjoys teaching and learning, and has earned several designations along the way, including CRB, CRS, ABR, ABRM, GRI, ASR, SRES, RECS, e-Pro, CNE, RSPS, rCRMS, the new NAR GREEN Designation, and Grandpa, too! |
![]() | Jim Chapman, Professor EmeritusJim has a BA in Education and is a retired Lt. Col., USAF. Jim became a broker in 1973. In 1976, Jim joined the teaching staff at Hogan School and has devoted himself to teaching pre-licensing and renewal training since that time. In 1983, Jim was awarded one of the 23 original DREI, Distinguished Real Estate Instructor certifications granted by the National Real Estate Educators Association. |
