Reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee you a seat in class. If you are more than 5 minutes late you forfeit your reservation. 24 hours are required to renew a salesperson’s or associate broker’s license and 30 hours are required to renew a designated, delegated or self-employed broker’s license. After a class has been taught it no longer appears on our website. Please call for assistance.
