Renewal Information
To renew a license or certificate as a state licensed or state certified appraiser, the holder of a current, valid license or certificate shall make an application and pay the prescribed fee to the board not earlier than ninety days and not later than thirty days before the expiration date of the license or certificate.
With the application for renewal, the state licensed or state certified appraiser shall present evidence of completed continuing education for renewal.
The renewal application shall be mailed to the last known address of record not more than ninety days and not less than sixty days before the renewal date.
