How to access your livestream class

Arizona School of Real Estate and Business offers both online and Livestream classes so you can choose the course format that works best for your schedule and learning style. Our online classes are self-paced and can be completed on
your own at any time. Our Livestream classes are like a virtual classroom; you’ll attend class via Zoom with other students and learn from an instructor in real-time! Below is more information about our real estate courses.

How do I get my Arizona broker license?

1. Complete Required Education – In-classroom OR online (must have actively used your sales license for 3 of the last 5 years)

2. Get a Fingerprint Clearance Card

3. Complete the Broker Management Clinic

4. Pass the School Exam

5. Schedule your State License Exam

6. Submit Your Application

How do I get started?
You’ve already taken the first step by visiting our website. Now it’s as easy as registering on our website, stopping in at our campus location or picking up the phone.
What is the school exam like?
Once you have completed all your sessions in the Real Estate Licensing Program, you are eligible to take the School Exam, at no cost to you. We have designed our School Exam to mimic the State Exam as much as possible, to better prepare you to pass your State Exam the first time. You must pass your School and State exams with a score of at least 75%. You have 4 hours to take your 180 question exam. While the exam is challenging for some, Arizona School of Real Estate has the highest pass rates in the state! We recommend that you take the School Exam as soon as possible after you complete the 45 sessions while the material is still fresh in your mind.
