The Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection has warned that the FTC will act against companies, individuals or organizations that don not protect customer’s data. The FTC needs to see that you have taken reasonable steps to protect your customer’s information.

This course will enable licensees to recognize, detect and prevent the theft of their client’s information during the home buying process and increase the likelihood of realizing their client’s home ownership dreams.
