His real estate experience extends to land; all types, sales, purchase, site selection, market studies, due diligence and valuation. Bob teaches land issues, highest and best use, and 1031 Exchanges. Bob is Past President of Southern Arizona’s CCIM Chapter, is a member of Arizona’s REALTORS® Land Institute Chapter and the Tucson Commercial Round Table.
