Supervising Appraiser Requirement

Effective April 1, 2008, Supervising appraisers must complete a 4 hour Supervising Appraiser course within 60 days (July 30, 2008). Any appraiser wishing to act as a supervising appraiser must complete the 4 hour course before supervision begins.
