As of 1/1/05, under the AQB criteria, Appraisers may not take the qualifying 15-hour National USPAP Course (or its AQB approved equivalent) for renewal. Appraisers must take the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent) for renewal. Appraisers must successfully complete the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent), at a minimum of every two years.

Main Campus

All courses are approved for Continuing Education credit except the 15 hour USPAP Course.
