NATIONAL 7 HOUR USPAP UPDATE COURSE / 2010-2011 Edition
DATE: Friday, August 20, 2010 TIME: 8:30am - 4:30pm LOCATION: Main Campus TUITION: $180 INSTRUCTOR: Roy Morris, SRA FASA FRICS Also approved for 6 hours ADRE Real Estate credit. As of 1/1/05, under the AQB criteria, Appraisers may not take the qualifying 15-hour National USPAP Course (or its AQB approved equivalent) for renewal. Appraisers must take the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent) for renewal. Appraisers must successfully complete the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent), at a minimum of every two years. |
